Energy Assistance is a non-profit organization officially registered as an asbl-vzw in Belgium.
In France, Energy Assistance France is registered as an "Association Loi 1901".
Every year, the General Assembly renews by one third the Board of Directors. The major role of this board is to approve the projects.
An Executive Bureau is designated within the Board of Directors. This Bureau is in charge of the day-to-day management, the communication and the follow-up of projects.
A Project Committee is responsible for the general assessment of the submitted projects and for checking their conformity to our criteria, developing approved projects, implementing them and ensuring their follow-up.
A Communication Committee is responsible for both internal communication (Newsletters, Flash news, articles in corporate magazines) and external communication (press releases, website).
A permanent staff carries out the administrative and coordination tasks of the association.
